Biography

Angelo was the son of Le­vi At­kin and Per­sis A. Clarke.

He mar­ried three times, to Eli­za­beth Paul­ine San­ner (1885), Cla­ra Hub­bard (1892, Ful­ton Coun­ty, Ohio) and Grace Le­Gall­ey (1917, Wood Coun­ty, Ohio).
