We speculate this composer may be Winton J. Baltzell (1865–1928), who is buried in Charles Evans Cemetery, Reading, Pennsylvania: Song writer Isaiah Baltzell is also buried there, and Winton’s mother Cecelia C. James Baltzell was Isaiah’s wife.
