Biography

Adolph was the husband of mu­sic teach­er An­na M. Drown (marr­ied 1855).

Educated in Ger­ma­ny, He emi­grat­ed to Am­eri­ca around 1855.

He taught pi­ano and or­gan in Bos­ton, Mas­sa­chu­setts, and lat­er in Chi­ca­go, Il­li­nois.
