Biography

Bechler lived in Am­er­ica 1806–36.

He taught at the se­mi­na­ry in Na­za­reth, Penn­syl­van­ia, and served Mo­ra­vi­an church­es in Phi­la­del­phia, Penn­syl­van­ia; Sta­ten Is­land, New York; and Li­titz, Penn­syl­van­ia.
