George was the hus­band of Amy Bea­trice Lew­is (mar­ried Au­gust or Sep­tem­ber 1895, Bar­ton Re­gis, Bris­tol, Eng­land).

The 1911 cen­sus shows him as a pro­fess­or of mu­sic in Wey­bread, Suf­folk.
