Biography

Brackett worked for a while for the Ol­iv­er Dit­son Com­pa­ny, and lat­er taught in Chick­er­ing Hall in Bos­ton.

He was mu­sic ed­it­or for the first Chris­tian Sci­ence Hym­nal in 1892, con­tri­but­ing 99 tunes.
