Buried: Ber­nice was cre­mat­ed and her ash­es spread ov­er Pu­get Sound. There is a me­mor­ial grave­stone for her in Wash­ing­ton Me­mor­ial Park, SeaTac, Wash­ing­ton.

Biography

Bernice was the daugh­ter of George Ol­iv­er Wal­ton and Pearl Lucy Mey­ers, and wife of Er­ic Gun­nar Bros­trom (mar­ried 1935).

The 1940 cen­sus shows her liv­ing with her fa­mi­ly near Rush Ci­ty-Chi­sa­go Ci­ty, Min­ne­so­ta.
