Copyright re­cords in­di­cate Bull­ers was liv­ing in Chi­ca­go, Il­li­nois, in 1913, and in Lin­coln, Ne­bras­ka, in 1916. His name is some­times shown with the ti­tle Pro­fess­or, in­di­cat­ing he was a teach­er.

We spe­cu­late he is the Isaac H. Bull­ers (1855–1937), born in Penn­syl­vania, and bur­ied in Rose Hill Ce­me­te­ry, Tulsa, Ok­la­ho­ma.
