Biography

Bulmer was edu­cat­ed for the Con­gre­ga­tion­al min­is­try at the Roth­er­ham (Mas­bo­rough) In­de­pen­dent Col­lege, York­shire.

He served as pas­tor at Ha­ver­ford­west, Pem­broke­shire; Ru­ge­ley, Staf­ford­shire; Bris­tol; New­bu­ry, West Berk­shire; and Lan­grove, near Ross.
