Biography

Percy was the son of Brown­low Ce­cil, the se­cond Mar­quess of Exe­ter, and Isa­bel­la Poyntz.

After com­ing to Christ, he spent most of his life as an ev­an­gel­ist. It is re­port­ed that some­one once said to him, No won­der you are hap­py—you have wealth and po­si­tion. His an­swer: You can take all that from me, and you will leave the source of my hap­pi­ness un­touched.
