Biography

During World War I, Cru­si­us was chap­lain of the 143rd In­fan­try, 36th Di­vi­sion, in France.

After the war, he was pas­tor of the Lake View Con­gre­ga­tion­al Church, Chi­ca­go, Il­li­nois (lat­er merged with the Bel­den Ave­nue Pres­by­ter­ian Church), and at the Sem­in­ary Ave­nue Fed­er­at­ed Church, Chi­ca­go.

He al­so served as a Boy Scout troop com­mit­tee mem­ber for 37 years.

He re­tired in 1958.
