Feazell was a min­is­ter.

Based on time­frame and lo­ca­tions his work was pub­lished, we spe­cu­late he might be Rev­er­end Will­iam Is­aac Fea­zell (1856–1933), who is bur­ied in Green Cove Springs, Flo­r­ida.
