Fraim’s Hap­py Wel­come to All was pub­lished in Phi­la­del­phia, Penn­syl­van­ia, in 1876.

We sus­pect he is Ro­bert C. Fraim (1830–1903), who is bur­ied in Wilm­ing­ton, De­la­ware. Ac­cord­ing to re­cords in the Uni­ver­si­ty of De­la­ware Lib­ra­ry, Ro­bert C. Fraim wrote po­et­ry and ar­ti­cles for Phi­la­del­phia and Wil­ming­ton news­pa­pers, ty­pic­al­ly pub­lish­ing un­der the pseu­do­nyms Lex, Ro­bin Hood, and Isa­ker Thomp­son.
