Biography

The child of Ir­ish im­mi­grants, Han­nan mar­ried An­na Lu­ise Danes in 1895.

He served as pas­tor of the Bush­wick Ave­nue Cent­ral Me­tho­dist Epis­co­pal Church, Brook­lyn, New York, for eight years. As of 1923, he was pro­fes­sor of pas­tor­al theo­lo­gy at Drew Theo­lo­gic­al Se­mi­na­ry, Ma­di­son, New Jer­sey.
