Biography

In 1913, Helf­en­stein, a min­is­ter, was liv­ing in Des Moines, Io­wa.

In 1917, he was in Ori­ent, Io­wa, and was pre­si­dent of the West­ern Chris­tian Con­ven­tion which met in Al­ba­ny, Mis­sou­ri, that year.
