Biography

Howard lived in Long­wood, Mas­sa­chu­setts (now part of the town of Brook­line).

He worked for the Mer­ri­mac Che­mi­cal Com­pa­ny for four de­cades, and was its vice pre­si­dent and trea­sur­er at the time of his death.

Works

All his music was pub­lished in Bos­ton.
