Biography

Lowden was the son of Will­iam Hale Low­den and Em­ma Hol­combe Cher­ry, and hus­band of Ruth France.

He was liv­ing in Bur­ling­ton Coun­ty, New Jersey, in 1900; Cam­den Coun­ty, New Jersey, in 1910 & 1930; and Cape May Cou­nty, New Jer­sey, in 1920.
