Biography

Thomas, a min­is­ter, was the son of Tho­mas J. Neal and Eli­za­beth Brown­lee.

His mu­sic for the song I Shall Be Sa­tis­fied was pub­lished in Cin­cin­na­ti, Ohio, in 1877.

He was a su­per­an­nu­ate of the North In­di­ana Con­fer­ence of the Me­tho­dist Epis­co­pal Church, liv­ing in Ma­ri­on, In­di­ana, as of 1897.
