Packard was elect­ed to the Am­eri­can Guild of Or­gan­ists De­cem­ber 6, 1920, and was list­ed as liv­ing in Grove Hall Sta­tion, Bos­ton, Mas­sa­chu­setts.

We spe­cu­late he is Gard­ner French Pack­ard (1858–1939), bur­ied in Un­ion Ce­me­te­ry, Brock­ton, Mas­sa­chu­setts.
