Biography

Charles, a min­is­ter, was the son of Cy­rus Smith Rich­ards and He­len Do­ro­thy Whi­ton, and hus­band of Ma­rie Mc­Call Mi­ner.

He was edu­cat­ed at Yale Col­lege (AB 1860) and Un­ion Theo­lo­gic­al Sem­in­ary, New York Ci­ty (gra­du­at­ed May 17, 1864).
