Biography

In 1904, Rush helped An­tho­ny Sho­wal­ter con­duct a ses­sion of the South­ern Nor­mal Mu­sic­al In­sti­tute in He­re­ford, Tex­as. Lo­cal news­pa­pers re­ferred to him as Pro­fess­or Rush, prob­ab­ly in­di­cat­ing he was a teach­er.
