Biography

Harriet was the daugh­ter of Am­os Bin­ney and Ca­ro­line Wild­er, and wife of Da­ni­el Steele, a min­is­ter in the New Eng­land and Gen­e­see Con­fer­enc­es of the Me­tho­dist Epis­co­pal Church (mar­ried Au­gust 8, 1850).
