Biography

Williams was the son of Bu­el Will­iam Ste­vens and Ma­ry Ann Ham­il­ton, and hus­band of Ma­ry Jane An­der­son.

He was a min­is­ter in the Church of God (Ho­li­ness), a group of church­es lo­cat­ed main­ly in Mis­sou­ri.
