Biography

Eric was the son of Al­fred Hill­yard Swin­stead and Eli­za­beth Wil­kins, and hus­band of An­nie Con­stance Cow­ley.

The 1911 cen­sus lists him as an art teach­er in Elles­mere, Rus­sell Road, Buck­hurst Hill, Es­sex, Eng­land.

The 1939 cen­sus shows him as a Min­is­ter of Re­li­gion in Ching­ford.
