Biography

Henry was the son of Har­vey Will­iam Tib­bils and Ma­ry Ab­bey, and hus­band of Ma­ry Eliz­abeth Bark­shire (mar­ried Ap­ril 13, 1871, Lin­coln, Il­li­nois).

He is re­mem­bered as a vo­cal teac­her and vo­cal teach­er and com­pos­er.
