He emigrated from Italy to America in 1901. He lived in Chicago, Illinois (1904–05), then pastored in Niagara Falls, New York (1916–48).
In 1914, Tosetto, Michele Palma and Luigi Terragnoli published the first hymnal of the Italian-American Pentecostal church.
