Biography

Vine was edu­cat­ed at King Ed­ward’s School, Birm­ing­ham, and King’s Col­lege, Ox­ford.

He en­tered the Wes­ley­an min­ist­ry in 1867. In 1881 he was a Wes­ley­an Me­tho­dist min­is­ter in Neith­rop, Ox­fords­hire.
