Biography

Whitaker was a mem­ber of the mu­sic pub­lish­ing firm of But­ton, Whit­ak­er & Com­pa­ny in, St. Paul’s Churchyard, London.

He com­posed, taught mu­sic, and played the or­gan at St. Clem­ent’s, East­cheap.
