Lyrics

We praise Thy name, O Father,
Creator, Lord, and friend;
Thy mighty hand that made us,
Will keep and will defend.

Refrain

O God, our heav’nly Father,
Thy children look to Thee;
Thy hand is strong and tender,
Thy love is full and free.

No tiny bird or blossom
Can live without Thy care;
Thy little ones are dearer,
And Thou wilt hear their prayer.

Refrain

Thy loving heart will pity,
Thy wondrous grace will save,
Because Thy son, our Savior,
His life for sinners gave.

Refrain

Thou knowest how to give us
The very things we need;
Thy trusting little children
Are safe, and blest, indeed.
