Lyrics

As we are parting,
May God go with you,
Give you His comfort,
Make His promise true.

Often before Him
Our souls shall meet,
In sweet communion
At the mercy seat.

God grant His glory
Through us may shine,
Loving reflection
Of the life divine.

If on the morrow
Dangers shall come,
May guardian angels
Camp round about your home.

Safe in the shelter,
When storms betide you,
Under His strong wings
Close may He hide you.

Now, peace go with you,
In joy or pain,
And, in His temple,
May we meet again.
