Our praises we offer to Jesus today,
For mercies and blessings enriching our way;
And we welcome His children who join in accord,
To endeavor to serve Him, our glorious Lord.
Refrain
We will sing the love of Jesus,
Join with angel songs above;
Chant His praises, tell His blessing,
Spread abroad His wondrous love.
We lean on His promises many and sure,
Lay hold on His teachings so faithful and pure;
And we pray with assurance that Jesus will hear,
And deliver believers from bondage and fear.
Refrain
In spirit He leads us and gives a new song,
Uplifts our whole life, makes us happy and strong;
By His power He shields us from danger and care,
By His love He impels us love’s burdens to bear.
Refrain
Then join hearts and voices to publish His praise,
Exhorting each other to walk in His ways;
We’ll exalt in His triumphs and praise His great might,
Till we shout hallelujahs in mansions of light.
