Lydia was the daughter of Resolva Wood and Eunice Ann Patterson, and wife of George Ephraim Baldwin.
They were living in Delaware in 1900 (Milford), 1910 and 1920. They also lived in many other states, including Indiana (1873) and Virginia (1872, 1877–79). They had at least one daughter, Elinor, born in Chula, Virginia, in 1872. Elinor married Alexander E. Rosa, and appeared in the Woman’s Who’s Who of America, 1914–15.
