Biography

William was the son of Will­iam Brad­ford and Al­ice Han­son.

He was the gov­er­nor of Ply­mouth Co­lo­ny. He sailed to Ply­mouth on the fa­mous ship May­flow­er in 1620, and was elect­ed to of­fice at least 30 times.
