Alice was the wife of Cur­tis Vance Criss, pas­tor of Grace Church, Spring­field.

The 1897 an­nu­al re­port of the Me­tho­dist Epis­co­pal Woman’s Home Mis­sion­ary So­ci­ety lists here as the cor­res­pond­ing sec­re­ta­ry of the so­cie­ty’s St. Lou­is [Mis­sou­ri] Con­fer­ence. Co­py­right re­cords in­di­cate she was liv­ing in Se­da­lia, Mis­sou­ri, in 1916.
