Biography

Arthur was the son of min­is­ter Mor­ris Ow­en Ev­ans and Ka­ther­ine Ma­ry Dan­iel, and hus­band of Mil­dred Pele.

During the 1920s, he lectured on the Chau­tau­qua circuit, and was called a dis­ting­uished Welsh ora­tor.
