Biography

Feliciano stu­died at Uni­ver­si­ty of the Phil­ip­pines (Mas­ter in Mu­sic Com­po­si­tion); the Hoch­schule der Kunst, Ber­lin, Ger­ma­ny; and the Yale Uni­ver­si­ty School of Mu­sic (Mas­ter of Mus­ic­al Arts, Doc­tor­ate in Mu­sic Com­po­si­tion).

His works in­clude op­eras, mu­sic dra­mas, and ball­ets.
