Biography

James was the son of James Flint and Ly­dia Har­ri­et De­Blois.

He gra­du­ated from Har­vard Col­lege in 1802.

In 1806 he be­came pa­stor of a Uni­ta­ri­an Church in East Bridge­wa­ter, Mas­sa­chu­setts, and of East Church, Sa­lem, in 1821.

Works

In 1820, Flint con­trib­ut­ed one hymn to Sew­ell’s New York Col­lect­ion. He al­so pub­lished:
