Biography

Kingsbury was the hus­band of Ma­ry An­drews (mar­ried 1768, All Saints Church, South­amp­ton).

He was edu­cat­ed at an In­de­pen­dent aca­de­my in Lon­don.

He be­came pas­tor of the Con­gre­ga­tion­al Church, Above Bar, in South­amp­ton, serving there 54 years.

Works

Kingsbury was one of the min­is­ters un­der whose pa­tron­age John Do­bell pub­lished his 1806 New Se­lect­ion. To that book Kings­bu­ry con­trib­ut­ed two hymns.
