Richard was the son of John and Lei­sa Lewis.

He worked as prin­ci­pal clerk in H.M. In­land Re­ve­nue of­fic­es in Swan­sea.

Works

Mor­ris trans­lated a num­ber of hymns, as well as Hom­er’s Ili­ad and Tho­mas Gray’s El­egy Writ­ten in a Coun­try Church­yard.
