Biography

Effie was the daugh­ter of Da­vid A. Wells and Har­ri­et Ann John­son, and wife of James Sid­ney Loucks (mar­ried 1881, Sand­wich, Il­li­nois).

They lat­er moved to Pipe­stone, Min­ne­so­ta, where they lived se­ver­al years.
