Biography

Lucaciu emi­grat­ed to Am­eri­ca as a young man dur­ing World War I. He was edu­cat­ed at the East Or­ange Se­mi­na­ry in New Jer­sey.

After se­mi­na­ry, he be­came an as­so­ci­ate pas­tor at the Se­cond Ro­ma­ni­an Bap­tist Church in De­troit, Mi­chi­gan, and mar­ried the pas­tor’s daugh­ter.
