Biography

Theodore was the son of Thor T. Ram­sey and Eli Svends­dat­ter Sneve. He mar­ried twice, to Ragn­hild Ram­sey and Hul­da Bergh.

At one time, he was pas­tor of the Mis­sion Evan­gel­ic­al Free Church in Wil­ton, North Da­ko­ta.

In 1962, he was liv­ing in Min­ne­apo­lis, Min­ne­so­ta.
