Biography

There are two wo­men named Mrs. Gus­tavus Re­mak in West Laur­el Hill Ce­me­te­ry: Sue M. Re­mak (1832–1905) and Ca­ro­line Voor­hees Re­mak (1860–1931). Their hus­bands were fa­ther and son.

Currently, there is in­suf­fi­cient da­ta to con­fi­dent­ly state which wo­man is the song writ­er.
