Rublee’s tune Col­lege Park was pub­lished in 1879 in Chi­ca­go, Il­li­nois.

We spe­cu­late he is Mar­ci­us Al­ta­mont Rub­lee (1837–1898), a band­mas­ter in Maus­ton, Wis­con­sin, bur­ied in Spring Grove Ce­me­te­ry, Wis­con­sin Dells, Wis­con­sin.
