Biography

Tosh and his wife Eliza were living in Greenock West, Renfrewshire, Scotland, in 1881, when their daughter Janet was born.

They seem to have moved to Lambeth, London, by 1886. Kelly’s Post Office London Directory, 1891, showed him at the Unitarian Blackfriars Mission in London.
