Biography

Weams was the hus­band of Bes­sie Ell­en Coo­ley (mar­ried 1914).

He is re­mem­bered as a mu­sic teach­er and song writ­er. He gave sing­ing les­sons in Rome, Geor­gia and Green­ville, South Ca­ro­li­na, and was said to have been in­volved with the Green­ville Sym­pho­ny Or­ches­tra.
