Biography

A min­is­ter, and son of Al­bert D. Wil­bor (al­so a min­is­ter), Will­iam lived, for at least a while, in Buf­fa­lo, New York.

In 1877, he be­came pas­tor of the Me­tho­dist Epis­co­pal Church in An­gel­i­ca, New York. He was ap­par­ent­ly in Hor­nell­sville, New York, by 1901.
