Lyrics

When I wake in the likeness of Jesus, my king,
Spotless garments to wear, and His praises to sing,
In that beautiful land of an unending spring,
O I shall be satisfied then.

Refrain

I shall be satisfied then—
I shall be satisfied then;
When my Savior I see, ever with Him to be,
O I shall be satisfied then.

When I pass thru the gates of that beautiful land,
And His praises uplift on the glorified strand,
With the happy redeemed and the bright angel band,
O I shall be satisfied then.

Refrain

When I walk the bright streets of that city so fair,
With the dear ones and friends who are gathering there,
When I look on the King and His glory crown wear,
O I shall be satisfied then.
