Oh that Thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that Thine hand might be with me, and that Thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me!
1 Chronicles 4:10

Lord, source of all blessing, bless us indeed;
For Yours is the bounty, and ours is the need;
We trust to Your wisdom, in this request,
For You give Your children all the best.
Enlarge, too, our boundaries, so that we may
Begin greater work for Your kingdom this day;
May we be a blessing, to those who seek
For meaning in lives where hope is weak.
Lord, while we are striving, give us Your hand
To help spread Your Word throughout the land;
Let us do not evil, seek only right,
And usher in dawn to darkest night.
