Some blessèd day my Lord will call,
And with a joyous heart I’ll go
Again to Him, my All in All,
Who died for me, and loved me so.

Some blessèd day life’s lesson learned,
And I shall call again to Thee,
To whom my heart has ever turned,
The Christ who gave His all for me.

Some blessèd day at eventide
When shadows creep before the night
The pearly gates will open wide,
And I shall pass into the light.
